new back shot

Up last night after 3 hours with serious arm and trap pain.
Was 2 hours before I got to sleep again, but that only lasted 2 hours.
Rather than feel sorry for myself, after my daughter's swim practice,
I said to heck with it and hammered chest/back, shoulders and arms.
Took this shot of my back.
Working out seems to be the only relief.
Here's the shot.

Very nice work there. Excellent seperation and definition. Rear delts are the bomb and really make you stand out. Your traps look great, but you have one of those those builds, like me, that call for big oversized traps to create an illusion of more size. If I were you to go to the next level I would focus on doing some crazy shit to your traps and blow them up. They are not small, they are in proportion. Add a few OZ of meat on each side and bam you will look 20 lbs bigger. If you do that You will be a 10 from behind (I say that without seeing your ass, of couse) :)
 
If you would like to add some size to your traps there is nothing that works like good ole dead lifts! and any rowing movement! of course it's also great for adding thickness and separation in the lower back, lat area!
