I have been on several other boards for a pretty good while and got the invite to check this one out from one of the sponsors. Hopefully I can bring some knowledge to the group and learn some new stuff at the same time. 40 years old 5?6 currently 212 low to mid 20?s on bf trying to get it all back together again.

I'm 45 almost similar situation and doing the same. You'll get there and and glad to have ya.
