Hello all.

New here(duh) Found this site via a link in a guys sig on elite fitness. Looks like a kick ass site. Been doing a lot reading and a lot of learning.

I'm 32yrs old. 6'3" 190lbs. currently making an attempt to get about 205-220

Hope to fit in and get to share as well as gain some info:brown:
 
Welcome opie, I think you'll fit in with all the other brown nosers and post whores.:D
 
P.S. Watch out for Easto....He plays both sides of that fence and hes on a whole lotta test,fina so he don't have a sence O humor.:p :D
