Hey all. I was invited here from a friend and I'm always looking for good boards to get good info, meet good people, and help out where I can.
I helped start MuscleChemistry 23+ years ago, was admin/mod there, married a female mod (since divorced), had a son, and been off and on for several decades. Now he's 18+ and my life has calmed down a little, which means I'm back at it regularly. I still call mc my home and help where I can but hit several boards on the daily.
The difference between then and now, I need to learn about how to apply the same things as then, but on an older body. I'm always looking to learn, learn, and learn some more.
