Recently i have been sitting around with alot of spare time on my hands at work. As a kid i always wanted to learn how to play guitar. My father knows how to play basics like chords and stuff. I am going to start learning to play. Do any of you play?

yeah man Ive been playing guitar awhile..Im also considering learning more about playing. I dont know chords or anything, just been using tabs. Would be fun to learn some blues scales & soloing though

Used to play a bit, until I sold my guitars...mostly bar chords....easy to learn. I plan on picking it up again....good therapy.

I learnt a,g,d,e today and have been practing transitioning back and forth from chords. My fingers hurt bad on my fretting hand lol. I heard i have to build up calcusse on the tops of my fingers. I have been practing on my fathers acoustic my electric comes in the mail tommorow.

I am gonig to learn the chords practice, practice, practice. They have a guy by me $30 for a half hour lesson

Don't have a lot of time on my hands but I have gave up so much stuff in my life to be married I decided to get back into having a saltwater reef again. All that I have now is the gym and my reef life is great.........
