Hello brothers! I'm new to the board after TSC went down. Active on another board with my same handle. I'm 5'7" 190 and 15% BF at 31 years old. Been consistently working out the past six years. I'm not interested in competition just living an athletic lifestyle with the ability to lift heavy weights. I'm mostly here to learn, stay safe, and engage in discussions.
