Hey Bros --
I just wanted to say hello and put my first post in the appropriate area. I came to this board as Lifts and JB are mods -- I have developed great respect for both of their opinions and hope to learn more through old posts on this forum. I have been successful as a cyclist, but my love of the gym throws me into an odd camp when surrounded by super skinny guys. I tend to stick with the standard comp lifts and oly lifts though understand secondary lifts and use them to make sure I don't plateau unnecessarily.
