im new to website but not new to training i been competing for 2 years this will be my third year and plan on doing 4 to 5 shows as lightweight and plan on winning them, my hardest part is week of show is where i have problems keeping food right and pre contest supps to take to help me keep size and not retain water which i stay hard anyway, im 168 right now at 4.5 to 5 % bf now still got good size but just want to keep it all. any suggestions i appreciate any help
