Happy New Years brothers and sisters from another mother

my new year resolution is to stop :wackit: and start getting laid ..lol just messin

i got 1 goal this year as i dont care about anything else is to gain 10 more pounds of muscle ...if i do I shall be the happiest Homo Sapien on this Planet

Sometimes it's the simple things in life that make us the happiest. We must at some point start doing what we see fit to make our lives better. I'm all about giving and helping others but I've also noticed that we can get so caught up in that kind of lifestyle that we forget what makes us, us. I completely lost myself about a year and a half ago and I am just now getting my life back on track and seeing what is truly real.

I have a similar goal. I'm not going to put a number on it, I'm just going to lean down and get my strength back to what it was before my decline.

Good luck on your goal(s). Short of dying, nothing will get in the way of accomplishing mine.

I need to do something, this has worked in the past. Instead of one long session. I do two shorter sessions. Works good for both muscle gain and fat loss.

LI could u give more info
like an example on how a day or 2 would look like

chest morning bicep evening ?

I tried something like you suggest before it worked ok.

But now for example I do heavy chest and heavy shoulders, abs in the morning. In the late afternoon I do Incline DB presses, lateral DB raises, front DB raises, triceps, abs

I do similar for back and biceps, heavy back and trap work in the am and abs
afternoon DB shrugs, chins, biceps, abs.

legs heavy work in the am, abs
afternoon hams, calves and abs

I do a typical push-pull routine and allow myself to slightly alternate exercises depending on how I feel.

I'm not one for resolutions. I do what i need to, with whatever circumstances i'm in.

Complete and turn in my Instructor II Teaching Certification papers to the state.
Pay down CC debt by 40% years end.

I dont have an actual "resolution" i just hope to continue to better myself as a person

This is a lofty goal where any positive is a benefit, not just to you, but the rest of us as well.
