I dont know about you guys, but every year i set some goals for myself. this is the first year that i'll be setting a bodybuilding goal for myself, but i hope that it will also be the first year that i accomplish a goal, b/c so far i havent.
Bodybuilding Goals:
-hit 165+lbs.
-stay dedicated
-bring upper-body up to par
-keep increasing lower body
-stay natural
