Hey babe, I may have to pick your brain on that.

Ok...here goes. I am 26, 5'10, and right now I weigh in at a whopping 249 lbs. Um...holy shit, how did this happen?!?! I have lost 3 lbs in the past week since I started hitting the gym and eating better, so I know I can do this. I want to lose at least 50 lbs by November. As of now, I get up and do 30 min of cardio in the am, and drink a bottle of water. I get home and have a carnation instant breakfast. When I get to work I have a single serving bowl of oatmeal and a can of diet pepsi or coke zero (i still can't give up that morning caffeine). I have a piece of fruit and low fat yogurt for a mid-morning snack. For lunch I have deli meat rolled up with low fat cheese or a salad. Mid-afternoon I have another snack, usually more fruit or trail mix. For dinner I have some kind of lean meat and lots of steamed or baked veggies. I drink water all day after my caffeine (3-4 16oz bottles), and most days I have it with my dinner. Okay, feel free to blast me with whatever I need here. I want to burn fat and tone up a lot. I am not as concerned with my body as far as numbers so much as how it looks. At my thinnest I was a size 9 and still weighed 160. I am comfy with that! I appreciate it!!!
