Newest Bench Press record!!!

Well I put up 225 for 2 sets of 6 reps yesterday!! felt great! It left my shoulders a little sore, I think after a few more weeks of working with it tho, i'll get used to it. Now i'll go for 250! :anana:
 
i remember the first time i hit 2 plates. keep at it. I put up 275lbs 3 months later.

I plan on it!! 275 would be a nice goal by christmas :D
 
keep up the good work and it will happen..but remember dont focus on just flat bench for increases in poundages...dumbell presses are great...as are french curls and close grip presses to help with your bench....
 
i remember when i press first time 100kg its about 200lb i was 16y old and it was before my first cycle lol ( only a few months before )
 
Benched 245 for 2 reps last week! Got 2 alone then 2 more with some help. ;)

I'm closing in on my 250 goal....

I agree. You do look like you could put up more. Way to keep increasing! Feels good too.
