Show in 8 weeks from yesterday. Meal plan until then.

1-1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops Carnivor protien
2-6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 12oz potatoes
3-6oz chicken, 1.5 cup white rice
4-small snack here in between clients. Thinking a couple rice cakes.
5-6oz chicken, 1.5 cups white rice
6-Diner. Usually chicken or fish with rice or tators.
7- Pre-bed. 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 8oz red potato.

We shall see how this goes. It's right at about 3000-3100 calories, just over 400 carbs, 270ish protien and 34 grams fat.
 
Why white rice? It's inferior to brown rice & gonna give you insulin spikes.
 
If eaten alone yes it will spike insulin. It has 0 sugar and it also is extremely absorbent for drying you out. It is what a lot of bodybuilders use the last bit to dry up.
