Saw the link at IA.com and thought I would see whats going on over here... Lovin it so far!! I am sure this site will be very helpfull in my quest to 200lb. I am at 188ish (with a little gut from the holidays) with the help of the guys over at IA.com... Anyway... lookin good!!

Thanks for the welcome guys... Good to be here... I forgot to mention, I will grad from therapy school in May and be licensed in TX right after. I would be happy to help anyone on any rehab/injury questions or concerns... Train Hard!!
