Well, I tried lifting 2 weeks after getting stabbed in the arm, and could lift, but it was painful and my strength was way down, so I took a break. Went to the gym last night, but turned around after getting changed and walked out. Sucks because I was doing so well after 6 months of dieting and getting into a new program where I was making great progress.
Now I'm back up to 230, and the 34" jeans are getting tight.
Besides all that, my back has been out since then as well. I guess when the idiot tried to smash me in the head with the desk/chair I tweeked my back trying to defend myself.
Guess I'm off the high horse.
