It's a Verrucous Keratosis; one of the classifications of Seborrheic Keratosis, non-cancerous benign skin growth that begins to form in the keratinocytes, the predominant cell type in the epidermis, the top-most layer of the skin. Verrucous keratosis are visible as the person ages.  It 's been on my nose as an open sore for 6 months. Doesn't bleed anymore but has gotten bigger.  I used liquid nitrogen tonight and froze it.  I have to stop the growth of mutated cells.  At least it's mostly a surface blemish but supposedly stress-related.  Need to alter the lifestyle.  I can live with it for now.
