This is me now since my injuries have caught up...no traps and a pencil neck. :bawling:

pencil neck and all, you look like a mean bastard. Would hate to meet you in a dark alley....:)

Use to be...all beat up and tiny....well besides my fat. I just need to actually train again once I am healthy. :)

What's your excuse these days old man? Are you even old?

you've got plenty of years left...what's the story on the shoulder? You undergo surgery?

Once you're healthy and can train again, you'll be back up there in no time Shawn! Still looking huge for "no traps and a pencil neck... Christ man!

Shawn, you're way too young not to get that shoulder fixed. That pic of you squatting at 18 is awesome. I remember when I was 19 or 20, this guy I started training with said we needed to start squatting. We had 135 on the bar, I went down in the hole and fell backwards. LOL! I walked out and went home. LOL!

Hey you arent supposed to see me. LOL Yeah, the biggest issue is a doctor told me that surgery wouldn't help it. I have been too annoyed with physicians since Tammy and I's issues so I haven't bothered asking around.

I'll consider it though since things are not getting better.

Future have you ever tryed active release therapy for your injuries . I had chronic shoulder problems that wouldnt go away until i discovered a good chiropractor that does this therapy. It has been a godsend!

Thanks. Heavy days are over. Maybe in time I will make some crazy deadlift or squat clip doing 405x30 or something. Who knows? Or I might just do pilates and yoga.

I can just imagine Future walking into pilates class at the Y... all of the 90lb women there would either be in heaven, or running away screaming thinking he is going to eat them!
