Now MY PC if messed up, greaaaaat.

Dell dimension 8400
2GB DDR RAM
3.4ghz processor
Nvidia Gforce 6600 (I think)
250GB HD

My girl was on it, then when I looked at the screen after she got off, like 15 min after, my info for my graphics card, that usually comes up, was displayed on the screen like it had been restarted. It didnt load the rest though, so I turned it off manually, then turned it back on. It started to beep and what I think was the CPU fan, started to whirl, faster and faster so I turned it off. It has done this like 4 times now. I dont really know what to do. I've never had this happen before.

1.CPU fan?
2.Hard drive problem?
3.Power supply?
 
its a dell, you can just call customer service and sit on the line with indian people for about 72hrs....thats what i do....but im not surprised that a DELL bunked out on you
 
I never had any problems with my dell. Well except when I got a ton of viruses from looking up porn, that shut down my whole school's server for 2hrs haha. But the school sent somebody up when I told them my cpu was messed up:)

you guys are so damn funny..........72 hours please. Dell is a good company and I would recomend it to anyone
 
yeah when my g/f had a problem with hers they sent somebody up from st.louis and he fixed it for free

i will, cause i cant afford a decent computer with REAL ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.......oh well, ive always figured i should learn a second language, it might as well be indian...lol

Oh I know, dont even get em started on that crap!!!!!! I get SOOO DAMN MAD when I cant even understand what they are saying!! Over-using words in the wrong instance and stuff, irritating.
