I have been going with about 3000 cals a day for the last little bit. Give or take, sometimes higher, sometimes lower, but anyways we will go with 3000 for ease of simplicity.

I have almost done all 5 meals at 600 cals a piece. Give or take about 50-75 cals either way, but for the most part ALL meals are at 600 cals a piece.

Now I was thinking about changing it up a bit here next go around. I was thinking of upping my meals for breakfast, and my PWO solid food meal (not the drink). But also upping my other meals during the day a bit more when the metabolism is higher and then at night start to curb the meals down in size.

Does anyone do this or just go with what I normally do of dividing all meals equal.

My line of thinkign is breakfast you would want a big meal to set your body for the day, also same thing for PPWO solid food meal. That would probably be my 2nd biggest of the day....

Any thoughts?

my 1st meal pre wo is a small meal and the 3 meals post wo are the same size, but higher in calories than last 3. meals 5 & 6 same and 7 smaller. If that makes any sense, lol.

Personally, I am finding that the only way I can grow anymore is to eat all day long. I know this isn't theasible for some because of job restraints, but I had been stuck at 265-270 for over a month and finally got up to 275lbs. The only way I could do it was to EAT, EAT, EAT and EAT more. Eating only healthy foods wasn't cutting it either, I am finding that the "pizza a day" or bucket of ice cream every night is really improving things. I can't believe what a difference it has made. different strokes for different folks I guess.
