Been keeping my diet super strict and clean.
Hadn't done Oatmeal for a longtime and its such a staple I bought me some Quaker instants. 1/2 cup mixed with water microwaved and then mixed with 7-8 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
Did this 3xs per day with 3 of the meals.
Problem: Gut stopped working. Real regular person and go once in morning and once at night. Regular as a german train station. Then everything stops. Day one-6 meals later ...worried. Day 2 -12 meals later...more worried...Day 3 -18 meals later ...freaking!!!! Texted doc and he said constipated. tummy pain. Took a bottle of Magnesium Citrate and finally 4 hours later it helped.
I would think the lube of the olive oil with this plus the rest of the olive oil I have with the other meals would prevent this. Anyone heard of oatmeal block? What else could it be?
The rest of the diet is meat/fish/ green veggies/ olive oil
Cycle right now is:
Tren 100 ed
Test 800 ew
Mast 700 ew
Plus hcg, ardex and caber
Limiting oatmeal for now but love it cause of the energy.
Thoughts?

I forgot to ask you if you are getting plenty of water? I would take the magnesium citrate all the time. It is good for many other things. I take 450mg per day plus my multivitamin has another 500mg of mixed type magnesium. Just a little more then this and I can shit through a straw. :)

Good Question: Yes....I drink only water and tons of water...all the more reason im mystified.
I thought for sure I had an obstruction or a twisted bowel.
Or...a tumor

might be an obstruction--you will know in a few days if it is--please keep us posted

Oz...the Magnesium Citrate cleared it but Im wondering what gummed me up....thats why I wondered if oatmeal could do that?

Do some colon cleanse pills for a few days! Those oats have enough fiber, it's usually the other way around for me. Could also be Gluten and there are gluten free oats all over.

Thanks beast. Never tried those. I will pick some up.

Cut back on the olive oil, besides do you realize how many calories your adding to your dail count?
Sans the oil and increase water.

From a food service perspective it might be this..... oats, especially the instant kind, unless fully saturated will continue to absorb water wherever it is availaible. it is possible, however unlikely, that some of the oats passed through your digestive processes intact and started to expand within the gut. If your tract is narrowed this may account for the non-movement....That's alot of oats in a day....

Thanks, Bro, that actually sounds like a plausible answer.

Something went damn wrong and I have narrowed it down to this. Also found out I need non-gluten oats, thats why I've been bloating. Didn't know oats had gluten....but wow...they do!

The fiber needs water to absorb otherwise it will turn to cement. If you insist on consuming this much oatmeal you'll have to increase your fluid intake exponentially.

Thanks Bro's...all of you.
Went shopping for Gluten free Oats and Gluten free Basmatti Rice.
See how that works.

I think it did

I think it did turn to cement but damn bro...I was drinking a ton of water. But it damn well did turn to cement. I just have to watch it and cut way back and drink even more water. The usual is around two gallons per day!

I always have that issue with high fiber foods. I stay away from oats and I take Magnesium Sulfate every morning.

Everything in moderation my man.

Ha!

Does this mean Willi is not full of shit any more?

Willi remains full of Hyperbole....but being full of 18 or more full meals had to go.
I went shopping and bought gluten free oats and rice. so now my pregnancy is over. Wise folks never asked to see the child.
