havent slept last night.
 
Got my new routine all set up and shiny! Hopefully this will go well along with my new sleeping schedule. :D
 
I can't believe what happened yesterday in NCAA ball, best day of football I've seen since the National Championship game 2 years ago...Totally awesome.

DUDE!!! Have you seen the rankings? Seven of the top thirteen teams were upset yesterday. Auburn won against Florida, OU lost to Colorado, Texas lost to Kansas State, South Florida beat WV, Maryland beat Rutgers, Georgia Tech beat Clemson, Penn State lost to Illinois, Bama lost to FSU (I wanted to puke)....

The entire day was WILD. I still can't get over all of it.

AND...I'm sorry to admit this though, someone was knocked out during a touchdown and I honestly cannot remember who the crap it was. Dude ran in, just as he broke the plane the defense came in for a tackle, hit him HARD and flat knocked him out. Of course, play had to be reviewed to be sure he'd actually gotten the TD before he was hit (and dropped the ball) but the TD stood as called on the field and the player was fine. About 30 seconds later he was up on his feet and walking back to the sideline. Was totally wild.

Every game was charged, all day. And now, LSU is in the top spot in the nation because USC struggled against Washington, only barely winning it by three points.

never go to walmart at 5 am. no food on the shelves just boxes sitting everywhere. i went w a long list came home with oatmeal and egg beaters.

Not a good night for sleeping last night. There was a mouse in one of our baseboard heaters. My cats spent about 4-5 hours trying to get it out.Everythime they would stick a paw in they would clang the heater. It was a little tough for them to reach in to the tiny spot to get it. One finally got it out and killed and ate it this morning. Yay!

Yeah i saw all those top 25 teams that lost, crazy shit. It seems like this year more than ever, teams in the top 25 are getting beaten by unranked teams. And did anyone read Sports Illustrated's article saying the Pac-10 is challenging the SEC for being the best conference in football? load of bullshit in my opinion.

I'm sick of the ranking system all together. We really shouldn't rank teams until they've played a few games in both non-conference play and conference play. The original ranking has completely fallen at this point. There really is no point in ranking them before their first game. Look at Florida, they were National Champions at the end of the year and they just lost to an unranked team. Auburn was totally undefeated for 2 years running and still didn't hit the top spot even though they were very possibly the best team in the nation. The whole ranking system just needs to be tossed though, it's total bullshit.

I hate when the night shift comes around, I'm tired for most of the bastering week and trying to travel an hour an a half back and forward from the gym and also from work can be a pain in the bollocks. Lukily I'm getting some new equipment for home so on the night shift week I workout 2 days at the gym 2 or 3 at home. I've also just got in a bunch of kegs (2 Guinness and 2 Budweiser rubber coated) from work aswell to train with. I'll have fun emptying those out first.

Bloody hell Keith, emptying those kegs on your own? I hope not! All that travelling would be extremely exhausting and a real pain in the arse (or bollocks). Get some rest mate!!!! Sorry to see Ireland out of the world cup. We all wished Tonga wasted the pommies arses but they couldn't pull it off. England won't progress after the next round. I do believe it will be a South Africa/New Zealand final... well that's what I'm putting my money on.

Yeah for real. They were like "come on look at USC, Cal, UCLA, Oregon, Hawaii. They all show the power of the Pac-10, and the Pac-10 is only gonna rise from here.:bsflag: I mean seriously in the SEC we've got Florida, Ole Miss, LSU, USC, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, UK(who by the way is currently the 2nd highest ranked SEC team:headbange ) Arkansas, Auburn. The Pac-10 is a joke compared to these teams
