officially started my bulk phase

I weighed in at 264 this morning. I started my bulk cycle and let's see what I can do. I guess I started a couple months ago when I weighed 238. So far I have packed the weight on with good food but now I added more gear. I rely more on food than gear for size, which most are just the opposite. I am going to post weekly about my progress.
 
Man you are just NOW officially starting your bulk cycle after already beefing up from 238-264 in the past 2 months?? :eek: :p From knowing you on here the past 9 years, I know you and I are much the same with bodyweights, stats and cycles - usually hovering around 265-270 when on and 235-245 when off. So whats your goals for this bulker then dude? Good luck D, and stay away from the bikes & snow boards this time around so you can finish the cycle haha! :D

I am gonna try to reach 280 but not let my waist line get bigger than 36-37. I am off the trackbike and boards so I will have to find another way to get injured..LOL

good luck on the bulk. i got up to 262lbs this year and felt like a gorilla.
 
have you been dirty bulking or have you added mostly clean weight in that short a time? Either way what you've gained so far is impressive especially since you are allready so damn big

Pretty clean, carbs are brown rice, oatmeal and sweet potatoes and a lot of steak and chicken breasts. If I ate bad I could easily get to 300.
 
you got any updates? Memory loss at an ol age isnt a acceptable excuse for lack of following up on your cycle log .......

Well I am currently running
1100mg test wk
600mg deca wk
300mg eq wk
25mg drol/25mg dbol injections eod

I have been staying right at 270 and my strength is crazy right now but i am trying not to injure myself. I need to get some pics up. I am still following a modified Yates training regimen, and i am really liking it and it gives me some cardio while doing it. I surprisingly am not that bloated but eating has really become a chore. I have been eating really clean with only a few cheat meals a week, mostly pizza and burgers. I have been hitting sushi rolls hard too. Other than working around all my nagging aches and pains shit is going really good. I am jumping on gh as soon as it comes in, probaly next week. I am gonna do 5iu's a day mon thru fri. Sorry i didnt keep up with this but really not much happenening.

I have an 06 gsxr750 that I have put about 10k into. I am selling it cause I am done racing, after brain damage and spine issues I figure it was time.
 
Still hanging at 270. My strength has increased greatly though I am not pushing too much to prevent injury. I am finding sticking to HIT during busy times at the gym is damn near impossible. This is the biggest and leanest I have been in my life. Feeling good but sluggish.
 
Post pics ,. let us check you out ......and I know last time I ran a deca run I got to a sluggish point also but felt good ...

Theres nothing wrong with admireing another BB'rs physique and learning from other lifters on what or how I need to work on bringing up lagging body parts . I find that seeing other lifters who are bigger than myself that I will push myself harder to reach there level and see from there pics what a certain weight class would look like and strive to achieve the deisred look that I am destined for ,

Sounds like you're luvin it dude! :igok: I always felt much more sluggish/lethargic also when weighing 265-275 compared to when I'm rollin' around 240 or so. But the crazy weights I can throw around when heavier made it worth it haha. Get those pix up beefy tits! :p :D
 
Once I can figure out my wifes macbook I can somehow post pics.
I was 273 last night, trained arms and did 315 closegrip presses for 8 reps to failure at 11, haven't did that in awhile. I feel like a turd, like dph said sluggish and Shit. My strength is good but I have to work around the lateral tear in my left shoulder, my ortho Dr. Works out at my gym and he said as long as I can keep lifting like I do, no need for surgery cause it may not really help much. I am getting sick of eating.
 
So the EQ hasn't kicked in yet? Or do you think you are doing too little to get the appetite benefit from it?

Haha, I take eq and test yearround. I just get tired of eating I have an appetite. I was 274 this morning naked Haha.
 
What it look like D? Updates?

Heaviest I got was 276. I ended up starting my diet and cardio right after christmas along with Gh, T3 staying on 800mg of test and 600mg of eq til about 12 weeks out then adding tren, mast and winny in the mix. I was 264 today.
 
Glad you updated. I was reading through this log early this morning at work and wondered how it was going.
