Not only does it snap the wrong way, he has to watch the weight come down and bend it further. I don't understand these ego lifters. He's got the machine loaded up to the gills, and he can't even get a 1/4 rep with it, then he locks his knees. He shouldn't have been messing with that weight in the first place. His legs should be 4 times the size if he's pushing that. In a way I feel bad for him because that really sucks, but in another way I don't, because he should know better. You can't let your ego dictate the workout. People just want to be seen by other people. I guarantee you if nobody was there to watch he would've kept it a lot lighter. That got me a little fired up.
