huge. i bet you work hard on them. high reps+heavy weights?

Weight, sets and reps

Weight, sets and reps

Yes, I go heavy, full range of motion on the two different seated calf machines, standing calf machine and the leg press machine. I do 5 sets of 25 reps on each machine. I pyramid the weight and it will naturally reduce the rep count, but I strive to make 25 reps in each set. The count may go 25 X 3, then 20 X 1 and finish at 18 to 15 X 1. When I attain 25 in each set I bump the weight in each set by 10 lbs.

They should be called cows because of the size!! WOWZA.. Hot. :) Thanks for sharing!

honestly most people are lazy/stubborn to work calves during their gym sessions..thinking it's not important and their reason:

we wear pants, it wouldn't be noticed anyways

That's a strange way of looking at calves as unimportant. What about by the pool or at the beach?

Nice my calfs are a bitch to get them to grow
Try to include stretching between sets, preferably on a block or the seated calf raise frame. Really stretch them by leaning forward with a straight leg. Though I didn't mention this in my workout info, I do this often.
