OLY I NEED YOUR HELP/ADVICE

k oly u big fag i havent been around in a while and missed out on alot.....

so this is my plan ive fucked the dog alot this past 6months when its come to trainign so im hitting it hard now..... i want to diet like i was preparing for a bodybuilding comp in around 14-15weeks lets say i want to be more ripped then you in your photo shoot which will make me look scrawny and small like a little bitch but i hope when i start eating alot more after ill grow alot and be leaner then when i started like all my bodybuilding friends....so im planning to eat chicken breats and sweet potatos 6 times a day doing cardio everyday and 4 weeks out doing cardio twice a day maybe u can help me out a bit....... ill post up on how i am doing....oh and i think im going to be doing a cycle at the end of the cutting when i start eating alot more to help me grow lol....
 
Oly, tell the guy what to do!!!!

Post up some stats Joe, height/weight/age/time training/cycle history (if any)
Being honest with you, if you can't sort out an eating plan, you've no business thinking about AAS!

well the pic is going to have to wait cuz im having some technicall difficulty right now but my stats are 5 11 185 and bf im not to sure about ill guess around 14% .... ive been training for a few years but been slacking alot the last 6 months so im just getting back into the swing of things, i did 1 cycle 2 years ago and gained alot but came down with tonsilitus a few months after and dropped 25lbs in two weeks from not being able to eat lol
