Omega 3 literally can rebuild cell membranes. I take it every day. You have to be able to distinguish the real studies from the bullshit studies in which the entire aim is to discredit something using skewed statistics, but to even consider this possibility and likelihood naivety must be cast off.

Many doctors I've studied under pointed out how ridiculous some of the studies done by mainstream medicine were, like the one that said Vitamin C had no real value.

And yet the dosage they used in the study was 10 mg....
