I saw that on another board. It's kind of sad to me because I really feel that something is wrong with him and he's not doing it as a joke.

No, I don't think there's anything wrong with him. Just go down through the comments and read the one from his buddy who taped it

Now there is another vid floating around of an older guy in a BB comp, and he is obviously mentally delayed
 
After watching the whole video again I have to change my mind that it does look more like he meant it as a joke.
 
LMFAO!!! Dude looks like an Auschwitz survivor or something. It would have been better if he didn't have Michael J. Fox tape it.
