You gentleman that know me know ow I've been on more than off for a long long time. Massive doses at times, but not for a number of years now. That said, at 69 Im on 500mg of cyp a week as a trt dose. I know for some of you that's a cycle dose. But for perspective Branch Warren in his early 50's is on 400 mg a week. So it's not that out if line for guys like us that have been on for decades. To the point, I've been experiencing some ed issues. I had been splitting the dose into twice a week. But the past few weeks just doing b g it all in one shot per week. Im having much better results. Ed is gone. Libido is back. Im looking really good. My buds in the gym call.me liver king or say I look like a wrestler on TV. The liver king comment was before his break with reality, so it wasn't a put down. Lol. Why do you think I'm getting better results with one shot than with two. I thought by doing two my hormone levels would be more stable. But it has been just tge opposite.
 
Everyone reacts differently. If once a week works better for you stick to it.
 
its simple... with larger 1 shot/week you have higher peak level than taking 2 smaller shots/week. Because cyp is long acting, it still takes some time for blood concentration to come down.
so you may have more blood concentration with 1xweek than 2xweek, especially the first few days.
 
Test E once a week seems to work just fine for me bro...
 
30 years worth of 1 shot a week if I can get away with it here. Obviously not while running short esters or large amounts but if I can, I do. After so many jabs I avoid unnecessary pokes as much as possible lol.
 
I always listened to the bro science about spreading it out to keep stable levels. But it wasn't working fir me. So.i tried one shot a week and feel . So.much better and it lasts throughout the week. Also like you all have c stated, we've all been doing this so long our butts are like steele from all.the scar tissue from being pin cushions. Bottom line we are all different. Our bodies all Aldean differently from age, fitness level, fat percentages, overall health issues. So there's no one right way, no cookie cutter approach. We have to figure what works best for us.
