So I just finished my first year of lifting in the gym. I would like some feed back on my results.
I am 5'7, I started at 140 lbs. My flat bench was at like 135-150 lbs. I curled 20-25 lbs. 205 dead lift and a 205 full squat.
Now I'm 160 lbs. My main lifts look like this:
flat bench- 5 x 135, 5 x 185, 5 x 205, 3 x 225
bicep dumb bell curls - 5 x 30, 5 x 30, 5 x35, 5 x 35
dead lift - 5 x 185, 5 x 205, 5 x 225, 5 x 275, 1 x 315
full squat - 5 x 135, 5 x 185, 5 x 205, 5 x 225, 4 x 265
I feel I have had pretty good results for just starting out...
I'm thinking of changing my routine to constant weights and doing all 4 x 10s for better endurance.... or do you guys think I should stay with the 5 x 5 and increase the weight like I have been doing?
