Opioids and Cannabis used together (Safe)?

I didn't think this combo be safe, but my stupid ass young self did weed and alcohol in copious amounts as a young man that nearly got me killed :/
 
I used everything all at once in mass quantities back in the day. No health effects. Lots of personal effects. Probably why I'm clean and sober now.
