Ordering question........

Should the name that was used to open a POBox be the name used to have put on the package to be delivered to you? Really dont wanna use real name but, is this bein paranoid? WU sent by different name so......
 
You would draw attention with mail that is NOT in the name of the PO Box holder being sent there.

But, I get stuff in the box that is to "the family of jennifer thompson" and "gregory hernandez". Those people have nothing to do with me so I didnt think it mattered. You have never recieved anything that wasnt yours?
 
I mean, you can sya its a family member or a friend cant you?

Why would you be getting mail sent to you that is NOT in your name. What are you goint to do if the box is too big and you have to pick it up behind the counter and it isn't in your name.

Regardless if it isn't in your name or it is in your name and they want to get you they will. Not having your name on it won't do shit but going to pick up packs with someone elses name and shipped to someone elses box is throwing up BIG red flags.

It's illegal to get or open mail that is not in your name.
 
so just use my real name and when they open it up for whatever reason if they do, they see who it was going ot and then they have me? I dunno man, I know I asked a question here and I appreciate your info but, it doesnt make much sense to me. It is illegal to get mail for a friend delivered to your POBox?

it is shipped to my actual box but, different name.

Becuase my friend had it delivered to my box? My family member who is visiting had it mailed here?

Not illegal, but I would think that the PO will NOT give you someone elses mail. That would hold them liable. They ask you who all will be receiving mail there when you opened the box and if you didn't put that name down when you opened the box I wouldn't do it.

Your box. Your name. You get mail in your name there. Why would you start sending some mail with SOMEON ELSES name on there and you pick it up when your name is not on the box nor have they seen this guy before? RED FLAG!

If you think that by putting someone elses name on the pack you are safe you are wrong. Your just drawing more attention to yourself then need be.

Are you thinkin putting someone else's name on a pack, sending it to your addy, you pick it up is safer than you are wrong.

Your box. Your mail. Your name. Your pack. Keep it that way :)
 
they give me other peoples mail that have the same box # as me (people who used to have that box or something i guess) and I get my girlfriends mail delivered there too. Ah, I see both sides I guess.
 
I still don't see how you think by putting someone elses name ona pack is not going to get you in trouble. Your fucked either way if you get caught.

Bro, there really is no reason to have it sent in someone elses name, possession proves intent in the US courts. Once you take possession of a controlled substance, it doesn't matter what the box says on it, you are now in violation of a federal crime.
 
well I did a little test on my PO box, I sent for several normal items in all kinds of dumbass names and had them sent to my PO box. I even used names as dumb as Joe Humpalot, and every package was delivered. I have two friends that are mailman and they told me it is "rule" to deliver a package to the "address" even if name if not close. No matter what name is on the pack it will be delivered to the PO box # that is on it.
