Why and how can you train at 4 am? I think my training would suffer, especially on heavier sets.

What's your goal Oz? You shooting for a target bdwt/bf #, or you workin' more on functionality (strength vs physique)?
Solid abs by April for sure....when I got home from Florida I kind of got soft and the two weeks at the holidays I went to the gym 1 time. So I'm just trying to cut fat regain some mobility/flexibility. And motivate myself to keep at it and not slip back up.
