Work out while drinking bcaa mixed with fiber
1 1/2 cup vanilla muscle egg(drink it)-1/2 cup cream of rice with banana cut up on it
8 oz ground top sirloin with 1/2 cup rice
Medium sized salad with cukes and green peppers (hybrid greens)
10 minutes later 8 oz of tilapia or chicken
Snack of natural almonds and celery
8oz ground sirloin 1/2 cup rice
8 egg whites 2 yolks with 1 cup broccoli
8 oz tilapia 1/2 cup rice
 
No GH on weekends 25 migs var

Chest and calves.....new preworkout "mr Hyde". Interesting stuff
 
Any dirty house wives at the gym in the morning? CAn you sniff out which ones are peri-menopause? Which ones are still "minky "?
 
I was the only person in the gym....my core audience are 20-23 and think I'm an astronaut....the older women realize in damaged goods and just smile and stay away from me.

But thank you Gmann for keeping me doubting I'm getting anywhere with this training run.

Ya know, "Posties" are just as much fun as pre-Menopausal girls. Sure, you get more years out of a premenopausal girl (kinda like with a CD or savings account), ...but with a premenopausal girl there's a significant penalty for late withdraw. Not so with a Postie!

Sucked but I'm sore now....i couldn't get to the leg sled because some kid has water bottle and phone sitting on the sled part while he wondered around aimlessly I took the darkness approach and just found a different exercise and didn't say anything
 
When I see people using equipment as an end table for their shit I just move their shit.
