Pages down scrolling down as normal..

Ok, computer is all setup again. Only problem now is that all the pages on any site down scroll down as fast as they should. It almost looks like they are going down frame by frame. Everything is running fast. I'm thinking it might be some type of setting or something. Anyone have any ideas? maybe I got ripped off and the memory I have is actually less then it should..:banghead:
 
I'm thinking I got ripped off, 512MB memory should be doing this. If I move an icon around you see the trail it leaves. This leads me to belive it's running slow.
 
ok, when you scroll down, lets say on this page, you can scroll down and up with no problem. Everything is nice and smooth. For me, it seems like it's a step behind. It scrolls frame by frame. Now, if you minimaze your screen you can move it around with no problem. But for me, it leave a trail from where you started till when you let it go. It looks like it drags the file. This tells me what they sold me is not a 512mb memory, even though it says this on the package
 
better belive I'll get my money back. I'll have to beat some ass if I don't..
