My e3d tren e (200mg) and test e (250mg) ended before 2 weeks.
Still the issue persists and activitys like going for a walk home uphill on the mountain or working in the garden at the hill becomes an endboss mission.
I basically have to sit down becasue the pain urges me to altough the pain relives quick.
Need to take a break every 20-25 minutes which is unaccetble and the pain is annoying.
Taking 5g of taurin, 400 Magnesium, 2 big bannanas, 5g Creatine and plenty of water.
My carbohydrates amount was 250g before work.
Anyone got help on that ?
