I got a parking ticket last Dec, paid it, thought all was cool. In March, I recieved a summons from court saying the ticket has not been paid and need to pay it or go to court. Said if I didnt go to court, they could take my license.

Well OK, when I recieved that summons, I had alot of shit going on and TOTALLY fucking forgot about it.lol Also, in the midst of moving to another state, I lost the damn receipt for the parking ticket I paid. My court date is tomorrow. Sooooo, long story short, can those bastards also cancel my license in the state that I just moved to? Coz if not, I'm good coz I don't have any plans of ever going back to be driving in the state that I didn't show up for court for the paring ticket.lol

I know this may seem like a silly-ass Q being over a parking ticket, but damnnnnnn it really would suck to lose my license here in the state I am in now over this.lol

Holla! Thx fellas/gals! :)

believe so - had it happen w/a speeding ticket in CT and I'm in boston - was a fucking mess man. Granted that's a moving violation - but same exact scenario.
