Well, this is a shameless plug but I do online training. No I don't do DC training so please stop asking, ok. My training is something else. I have experience in the lifting realm. I have done clinics for schools. I WAS certified but personally it's a waste of money. I have a teaching degree which I think gives me a leg up on some other trainers. And I have been lifting for 20 years.

I am not a contest prep guy. I prefer beginners, intermediates and some advanced. I would love to work with powerlifters as well.

I don't get too caught up with the latest and greatest supplements because I think for the most part sound nutrition is what matters. In-human says it all the time and I agree that "food is the greatest anabolic." Although I do believe in the "ines": creatine, glutamine, protein and caffeine.

If you are interested you can email or message me. Pm's are welcomed as well.

The best trainers are intelligent, experienced, good communicators and creative. You want dieting go with Skip. You want Doggcrapp go to Dante or In-human. You want something else...come to me. Ask yourself if you are better off today than you were yesterday with your training. It's time to make your "future" brighter.

Future is the most powerful natural trainer on any board. His strength and physique are more impressive than any training certificate. When I was younger, we had no internet and no trainers like this. A personal trainer like Future can save you guys several wasted years and countless dollars. This could be the best investment you ever make.

Thanks for the investment of kind words. :) I don't know if I am the most powerful but I think I have done some things. Once I totally heal up I will start moving some weight and turning some heads. I'd like to break the record for the deadlift in the 242's. Maybe even drop to the 220's. We shall see.

Futures Training approach is one I haven't seen to much of. Teaching you how is totally different from telling you how. This alone makes a huge difference and should tell you a thing or two about who you'd be working with. 800lb squat drug free is no joke. Being Knowledgeable is only part of it, actually living it is another. You can bet, he lives the part :)

Good luck Anti...just remember future does personal training. Not escort service lol j/k :)

oh you guys are funny.... :hahano:

point is, Future should be able to take me and my training to levels they have not been before, and i cant wait...

Future: what certification did you get? AFPA, NFPT, ISSA, IFPA, AFAA... etc?

And what school did you get your degree from? That's awesome that you have a degree and at least went through all the BS of the PT cert exam ;) - Regardless if you still hold the certification or not.

I'm still in school to finish on my Masters in IT ... weight training is my hobby. But it is a plus that my wife is a powerlifter as well :D

I'm not cert anymore. I went through ISSA when it first started. Also ACE. Both suck. I refuse to have to pay them for garbage. I was actually very disappointed with them. If I recert it'll be NSCA if anything.

My degree is in education. Not too far from personal training really. :)

If I had it to do over I would have been comp sci in school for sure.

I've heard the same response from several other people on the quality of the certifications and the testing. Glad to hear you've got a degree brother, that's a nothc in the belt that can never be taken away :)

Good luck with the personal training, and stay healthy!

I need to get healthy...then I will stay that way. LOL

Yeah, I hear you about the certs. Junk. Waste of money. And yes I am thankful for my degree although I dont directly use it.

Ok folks... I did a little "Photoshop" majic for Future to show everyone what 700lbs looks like on your back - here is a shot of Future in a power rack:
