I am currently in school in pursuit of a Mechanical Engineering Degree. LOL yeah, contrary to how i may be percieved, in reality im actually not an idiot--SUPRISE! haha...anyway, i have been doing fine in this field and its easy to me but i probably spend more time reading junk about physiology and nutrition than anything else...not for any other reason other than it just interests me. I was explaining a little bit to one of my cousins about nutrition one day with a slight bit of physiology involved in the subject and he suggested that i take Physiology and Nutrition instead of Mech. Engineering. He said that as interested as i was in the subjects and the fact that i surround myself with it all day, it would proabably be good for me because people are more successful doing what they "love" and not necessarily what they are "good" at. Does anyone know what opportunities there are with a degree in physiology and nutrition? Can u make a 6 digit income--is that likely? Would it be better if i Minored in this field and did it on the side and had a reg. job as a mechanical engineer?
please comment on this even if u dont have a very substantial answer...any opinions would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys!
