Ronnie is definitely a freak of nature....lol. But keeping that in mind he has one of the best physiques in the game. Yes culter, ruhl, and some of the others are big, but do they have the quality of muslce coleman does?? I seen ronnie in july and he was 330lbs with striations and viens everywhere.
 
I really think anyone with a GH gut or whatever the hell that thing is should be banished from competing. Seriously, it totally kills the sport and look that most strive for. Just my opinion on it though, I know I am in the minority on this one, but still shouldn't be the way it is today. But the mass monsters are what brings people in, not the Dexter Jacksons. So I don't see it changing anytime soon.
 
I think dexter has the best all around physique in the game. If I could be any pro for one day Id probably pic dexter. Awesome physique!!

i 100% agree & have said that 4 years....but people wana c freaks....& thats what they get, no matter how freaky the looks get....& damn its real freaky sometimes

Me, eating cookies after the show :) You can see how bloated my belly is..lol..and that's BEFORE we hit the restaurant and I had a BIG plate of ravioli and bread!! Back at the cardio tomorrow :(

Thanks, I hold water REAL bad on carbs. I guess its kinda like that article/post that Future had up on Chris Cook and how he holds water real bad when ingesting alot of carbs. Same deal for me.

Its weird, one day I will look like that, then a day or two later I will look fat and bloated. I got myself on a good day so I took a pic :)


Plan to cut down there here in a few weeks. Gonna keep the cals up for the next 3-4 weeks then to cutting, well TCD again and see how it does for me this time.

i understand where you are coming from. Sometimes I can tell a difference in my physique when I eat different types of foods. Also during different times during the day as well.
