But you have to wait. LOL. Heading to work, just left the gym should be up later tonight. Overall I am very pleased. I didn't get as lean as I wanted but that was due to me. But if I can stay this lean while bulking I would be more happy than a fly on shit. I am not naturally lean so I have to fight and work my ass off to stay within what I consider a reasonable amount.
I did add a fair amount of muscle while losing BF, so how can anyone bitch about that. Just started a little asssistance too so it should start to get even better. Haven't been this stoked in a LONG time.
Started out at 188lbs at probably 18-19% BF.
I am right now at 197 and I would guesstimate at 14-15% (not sure though, someone with an eye at this will have to tell me). Been off the timed carb diet for about 4 weeks and started a lean bulker and been running that for the last 4 weeks. Hopefully I can keep my BF down and not have to bulk/cut/bulk/cut any longer. We shall see, all this is a learning experience and still trying to figure out what works best for me. I think I got it pretty close thanks to Iron Addict.
