hahaha...i drank probably over a 24 pack of beers and a bottle of vodka over the weekend..

and i lost 3 pounds and am looking leaner than ever..

You dehydrated yourself, so the fluid in your body is lower then normal so your muscles and veins are showing..so you have a couple days of lookin good, then the muscle goes away

well muscles not going away, and i drank plenty of fluids over the weekend(not only beer and liq) lots of water and shit)

its not like i was planning on going on stage or soemthing
 
yeah the booze is a diahretic.

vodka is my drink..preferably ketel one on the dieting side..like the goose on other occasions
 
We don't call it Scotch over here, either Whisky or Malt. Normal whisky, i.e. a blend, is nasty shit, probably best left to poor alkys or for cooking. A single Malt, when I could drink it was nice but Highland Park was the daddy. I had MacCallan 25 y/o malt at ?60 ($120) a shot once at some place in the middle of the Scottish Highlands and it was nasty!
Check internet sites for malt whisky, some bottles go for ?7500 ($15000)!!!
 
Oh yeah, sub cutaneaous water is lost due to dehydration, Kevin Levrone used to drink red wine in the build up to contests when he was depleting water!
 
25yr shit must be nice. I stick with the 12yr Highland park, 15yr mcallan, and generally 12 yr glenlevite for every day shit.

I do have a 16yr Glenlevite Nadurra bottle at the house which is quite smooth.

As for other whiskey. Dalmore cigar blend and woodford reserve
