ok guys jan 1st ...new year ..i start diet my cycle ...

me wil be full time training since im not going to b doing shiaaaaat for 4 months ...so all ill b doing is eat sleep train jerk off


ok lets start with the meals

9 am. 15 egg whites 200 grams of oats ...

11.30 am 100 grams of carbs from whole grain 300 grams of chicken breast


1.30 100 grams of carbs from whole grain 300 grams chicken breast


3.30 300 grams chicken breast with a can of kidney beans

Train ..post work out shake 50 grams whey ..with coconut water

6 pm 300 grams chicken breast with veggies

9 pm 200 grams of chicken breast with almonds


11.30 tuna and eggs ......


the reason why i chose chicken breast is cuz its easy for me to cook .... now ill b adding fish and red meat on some days ..but how does this look!!!

forgot my goal is to add a little more muscle mass ...and maintain weight ...im 187 lbs now

my goal would be 194 lbs .....hopefully shed some bodyfat whilst gaining muscle ...
 
What is the overall breakdown of pro/carb/fat/cals?

If bulking I would also eat the yolks and add in some fatty fish such as salmon.

carbs should be round 325 grams
fat should be round 40 grams
usually from my oats in morning or almonds and omega's
is that too much ....for a cycle diet ....

Good diet if you can eat that much without adding to much fat.

my foods pretty repetitive
i use 2 eat all types of carbs sweet potatoes, brown rice , wheat pasta
and other carbs but i realized the best type of carb for me is anything from whole grains or wholewheat ...now i stick to oats in the morning and toasted wheat biscuits other times as my source of carbs ...
and at nite salads ...

now protein i stick with egg whites and chicken breast ...
i do add fish and red meat now and then but most likely fish 3-4 times a week ....i do eat a can of tuna at nites before i go 2 bed usually too

the fats i eat r usually from oats, almonds and omegas ..and i keepem low
