I assume you'd just kinda wave it under your nose, so you breathe some in?? I've inhaled some that I used for cleaning windows and it's brutal!! It can be very dangerous.

It's basically an amp, you crack it and you take a deep breath in. Take a look at the vid I posted up today of Benni. He breaks open an amp before a DL attempt.

Bout knocked me on my ass. I believe they are the things that are put under people's noses when they are knocked out. Same deal, just kinda gives ya a little "kick" for a second. It cleared my stuffy nose up for sure! LOL

yeah ammonia is a grea thing. You have 2choices.
1. get so pumped you you want to kill everything in sight
2. Pass the fuck out haha

I got cheap and quit buying the caps. I took a empty vitamin bottle put cotton balls in it then I poured some ammonia in it. Open it up and sniff next thing you know ur ready to lift some heavy weight.

I stopped doing it though b/c I was getting dependent on it
