Post workout alcohol boosts test levels

Interesting article for sure.
I go to gym then straight to work ,so no alcohol for me post workout
 
I drink monster rehab during workouts, the orange rehab sounds good with vodka. :scratchhe
 
I think this article means drinking pwo still hinders your gains even though it boosts test a little.
 
Every Wednesday for years, my workout partner and I would go to a strip club at about 11:00 am, stay there for a couple of hours, go to Hooters, drink multiple pitchers of beer, then do legs. If you've never done legs about half drunk, you're missing out.
 
There was a period of time where i went out to eat after my workouts and had a bunch of beers but i thought it was bad....nice read!!!!
 
I read several studies a while about that concluded alcohol consumption after a workout had a negative impact on recovery. Also, at what point does alcohol change from increasing test levels to causing whiskey dick?
 
Maybe Arnold was being serious when he said milk is for babies and when you grow up you get to drink beer lol. We tried the beer after workouts for a while due to what seemed like an insulin spike as it always increased the pumps and blood flow through the veins in our arms. I wouldn't say we noticed anything good or bad from this but probably not the best idea to drink a tall boy while driving home.
 
I knew the Russians had it right. They would drink Vodka after the gym.
