Power Gut

Has anyone here ever had a problem with the more ya work out your abs the bigger they get? I could get on floor and do 200 situps or crunches and still have my power lifter gut. People have hurt there wrists hitin it thinking im fat then they find out its harder than my -anything. Sometimes i think my intestins are larger than norm? I hope its not worms cause there really gunna get big,juicy now.
But a six pack has never been an option for me. Possibly related to high carb?
 
OK so im the only one here with a muscle(hehe)gut huh? :ph34r: No powerlifters here? Maybe its just us old guys from the old school who think a pizza is the same as a protein shake. :D
I need skinny lessons come on.
 
What's the lowest bf% you have had? I bet if you get below 10% you will have ripped abs without the gut.

Has anyone tried the wheel or the big ball for abs??
 
i have used the wheel for abs an it cut me up real quick actually....its difficult but pays off

Ab and calf muscles are one of the hardest muscles to develop. I would try to drop that BF a bit, have it checked
