Does anyone have a basic recipe for protein pancakes that includes the nutritional breakdown? I'm in need of a little variety!
what i do is
1/2 cup oats
6 egg whites
1 scoop whey
cinamon to taste
sweetner of your choice
stir up, and cook like pancakes, top with sugar free syrup

Most of the studies I've read use enough sweetner to put down a bull elephant. That's why they say it's not good for you. If you take enough of anything, there's going to be adverse side efffects. Remember the old cliche, everything in moderation.
