I jacked my right forearm up about a month ago. Sucks so bad. I haven't been able to train biceps. Too painful, and also I don't want a tear. Even my back routine is limited. I did like 15 sets of bent over rows, cuz that was the only exercise I could do without my arm feeling like it was gonna fall off. But I did pump them arms with 15's woohoo! I'm getting so strong! lol I hate getting injured. :wallbash:
