Pulled forearm

I jacked my right forearm up about a month ago. Sucks so bad. I haven't been able to train biceps. Too painful, and also I don't want a tear. Even my back routine is limited. I did like 15 sets of bent over rows, cuz that was the only exercise I could do without my arm feeling like it was gonna fall off. But I did pump them arms with 15's woohoo! I'm getting so strong! lol I hate getting injured. :wallbash: :cry:
 
I did this a few years back with my forearm , it does suck ...I feel for ya ...good oppurtuniy for you to work the hell out of your legs and let the arm heal .
 
Injuries suck period. But as you get older you realize the necessity of warning up the muscles before hitting sets. I do this by using the pyramid on everything. I pyramid up to my working weight then hit it hard and heavy. In fact some of my warm ups look like some people's entire training session.
