Oh man I punched my shop teacher when I was 15y/o (he put his hands on me first)..glanced off the side of his head. Then I threw a chair and some shop items (wood products) at him...tossed out various profanities about him sucking cock. Anyhow, even though he provoked it I got expelled and then talked into quiting("your dad can sign for it and we're expelling you anyhow") by faculty. My dad came home for lunch, asked why I was there and blew the fuck up... Kicked over my bowl of Cap'n Crunch I was using to cure the munchies....picked me up and drug my ass out. He made such a scene and the shop teacher had pulled so much illegal shit they had to take me back. Ahahaha I wasn't allowed in the shop area again. I'll tell you what, I didn't wanna be fucked with and he was an asshole BUT, No way in hell would I wanna be a white teacher dealing with black kids these days! Both my aunt and uncle(rip) have been science teachers for years plus grandmother... Second wife was highschool spanish teacher ... Story always the same with the black kids and there attitudes towards whitey.

Was getting out my keys to open the door to a room.
An awry student, who has been giving me attitude all month walked by and punched me in the shoulder.
I said, "Hey dude, don't touch me."
He responded, "Next time I'll knock you the fuck out."
Hmmm, well, don't respond well to that sort of threat so I said,
"Why don't you do it right now."
As he walked away, he spouted off racial slurs until he rounded the corner. I remember 3 of them before I shut him out.
They were: :You cracker-assed fuck," "You white-assed fuck," "You blond-assed fuck," blah, blah, blah.
He is 5'9" and weighs about 290, but if left to my own devices, I'm sure I could easily destroy him. He got picked up by school police and got a one day suspension. WTF?
If I was spouting of racial shit like that there would be a lawyer suing the city and I would be suspended today.
Here we go again...same shit...different day.

When you say he got picked up do you mean he got arrested and booked? I'm sure there will be a court hearing for his ass if so, make sure you write a letter to the prosecutor or call them yourself. You can fuck him over harder by making it a hate crime. Well then again, I don't think they ever prosecute blacks with hate crimes, it would be taboo.
