Question re pre/post workout nutrition

Right now, while I am just getting back to lifting because of my shoulder injury, should I start up my pre/post nutrition as I was doing when I was lifting normally? It will take me another little while to get back to the weight I was using pre-injury.
 
are you still lifting? If so, you can. I would just use less dex tas opposed to a regular lifting dayis
 
always keep the pre and post meals there. I'd go back to do everything you were doing
