Also has anyone used this "Cyber scrub" that I have heard and read about that I hear the Justice or Defense department uses to rid harddrive of potentially damaging and unwanted material.

Always good to have great security period. Especially if you are using an IE web browser and/or have Microsoft windows operating system.
